Book Review: ..that is just so wrong.

I don't understand how anyone would have such an obsession with someone who is completely evil especially someone like Vader.

But apparently I am completely wrong.

And we find this woman who is. She even has daydreams of being in romantic situations with him. *shudders*

In the end, it is only fitting the way all this comes to a conclusion.

An obsession such as this is not healthy. I get a lot of women love the bad boy but this is one bad boy you don't want to be having any sort of obsessive dreams over. Any thread of Vader's humanity is gone and if there is any piece left, it clings to Padme. So any chance to taking her place is never going to happen.

I liked this issue it was pretty interesting, I must say. This only proves that Vader is not interested in any sort of romance and killing is more his passion and mistress than anything else.

Book Review: Let there be a lesson to this: never try to take on Vader in a dogfight. You will only lose.

We meet our cocky pilot who, as a kid, could not save his father. Fastforward a few years later and the kid has grown up and joined the Rebellion against the Empire. The Rebellion has managed to get the upperhand and in doing so is able to attack an Empire stronghold while Vader is there. Of course, this angers Vader and sends him out to join the fight. And here is where our story's wannabe 'hero' decides to take on Vader, something someone should have warned him not to. In doing so and being unable to take him down, he brings Vader to the base of the Rebellion.

This was not my favorite issue of this limited series but it is still well worth the read. Vader is not prominent in this one but you can still feel his presence within the pages. He is there and he lets you know that cocky pilots need to be put in their places.

Book Review: This was a really nice ending to one arc and a good opening to the next.

I was not entirely a fan of this arc as I have never been quite a fan of anything belonging to Mojo. I suppose since we don't really see him pop up much that could be a reason I don't care too much for him as a villain. I do, however, like Spiral. I like the idea she was able to change the balance and give Gambit and Rogue a leverage against Mojo.

This was a great read still. I love the dynamics of Gambit and Rogue. They seem to fit so perfectly together and I cannot wait to see what lies next in store for the two of them.
