Premise:

The day I was born
The universe was on fire.

I love Greek mythology and have come to any and all mythology I can consume from it. It started with Edith Hamilton's Mythology and woke up with Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson. While at the library yesterday, I caught sight of it, and while it was in verse form, I wanted to give it a try.

Unfortunately, I found that it
read more like a novel, than
the poetry it was meant to be.

I am so sorry, Hekate. This book had so much potential, but the need to make it poetry-like wasn't necessary.
