Book Review: Just Holy sh--!

That was one hellva page turner.

Not going to lie here but I haven't been in the Spider-Man universe since I first started collecting comics and that was way, way back in the late 80s. I had been hearing something about this issue but a lot of people who had already read it had told me to draw my own conclusion. Don't read or listen to other reviews as they tend to cloud any judgment once you have the book yourself.

So I did that and I must say that it was really had to put this issue down and I was not expecting all that happened. Perhaps I wasn't even ready for it to happen so quickly into the beginning. Yet here we are and it has happened. Unfortunately this has placed Peter in a guilty depression and he has pretty much come to neglect his son.

All these changes what does it mean? This series seems to be limited and whether it will affect the entire Spider-verse that remains to be seen. I would like to see Peter become a better father. I get he has a lot of weight upon his shoulders and with [deleted] dead there could be consequences if his son should find out the truth about him.

I am quite looking forward to seeing how all of this plays out.
