Book Review: Okay, I have been trying, really trying to get into this new version of the X-Universe but I have been unable to find a ground that would root myself in interest. In this issue, something wrong has happened to Storm and both Jean and Emma must enter into Storm's mind to find out exactly what it is that has caused this. There really is no dialogue between Jean and Emma during this but it really doesn't need any of it. You can see by the gestures and understanding between the two of them to tell what their thoughts are. To see the two working together is interesting but I can only surmise their past between each other has been sort of erased by this whole new universe. I had given this issue four stars earlier but now that I have managed a re-read of the issue, I feel it should be brought down a bit. I am not a fan of this new universe. The whole thing just feels really weird to me. Maybe, later on, I might try to get into this.
