Book Review: Wow.

Just wow.

Meet Jason Storm. For four years, he has been hiding a secret from not only mom but also from his two best friends. Then one night during a Halloween party at the school, a monster appears and seems to zero in on him. The chase is on and the only thing that is on Jason's mind is to keep the creature away from his friends. Just when the creature captures him, his abilities kick in and he is able to free himself from the creature. Only now its in the hands of Victoria Pryce. Not only that Section 19 wants to know more about the creature and for him to spy on the Pryce's. In exchange they will tell him about his father. Now Jason is torn between two different people.

And let's not forget that he is about to learn that one of his best friends has been keeping a secret as well.

Although this book has a bit of a Percy Jackson-esque feel to it, it is quite different from the books by Rick Riordan. The characters from this book are not entirely Gods but there is something a bit different about them and the world building is quite interesting. The premise of the story will keep you turning the pages and will make you want the next book to see what happens to Jason and if [deleted] was still alive.
